LifeSaver Swimming School Policies and Procedures

Registration: By initializing you understand that Lifesaver Swimming school charges aregistration fee of $20 for one student, $10 for a second student, and all other students with the same account would be free thereafter. You understand that the registration fee will be included with your first month of swimming with Lifesaver Swimming School.
Group Classes: By initialing you understand that Lifesaver Swimming School requires a minimum of 3 students in each class in order to perform the class. If we do not have a minimum of 3 students, then you understand that you will be waitlisted. At Lifesaver Swimming school we allow a maximum of 4 students.
Parent and Tot & Adult lessons: By initialing you understand that parent and tot classes, along with Adult lessons, that there have to be a minimum of 3 students in the class or you will be waitlisted. Parent and Tot classes and Adult lessons can have a maximum of 7 students in one class.
Semi-Privates/Privates: By initialing, you understand that Lifesaver Swimming School offers Semi-Private lessons. You understand by initialing that for a semi private class to be conducted there has to be a minimum/maximum of two students in the class, or you will be waitlisted. You also understand that Lifesaver Swimming School does not offer private lessons.
Instructors: By initialing, you understand that Lifesaver Swimming School loves our swimming instructors as much as you do. However we cannot guarantee any specific swim instructor for a student.
Photography: By initialing you understand that we do not allow photography at Lifesaver Swimming School. This is for the safety of our patrons and staff.
Excused absences: Lifesaver Swimming School will approve your excused absence within two days notice. If your absence is not recognized and approved you will not be provided with a make up class. The best way to do this is through email.
Make-ups: Lifesaver Swimming School allows for an unlimited amount of make up classes if you are currently enrolled. As long as there is space available you will be awarded your makeup.

Withdrawal: If you would like to end your monthly enrollment with Lifesaver Swimming School,
you will have to provide notice on or prior of the 15th of the month, with a date and time. The
best way to do this is through email. If your un-enrollment is not recognized by a manager, then
you will be subsequently billed in the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds.

Pool closures: By initialing you understand that if there is a pool closure of any kind (i.e lightning, accident, chemical issues), that you will not be refunded and will be awarded with a make-up class.
Payments: By initialing you understand that we only accept electronic payments. This includes credit card, debit card, ACH/EFT, internal, wire transfer. You will be billed monthly.

Refunds: By initialing you agree and understand that we have a no refund policy under any
circumstance.
